Project Overview

We delivered a full website redevelopment for Abertillery & Llanhilleth Community Council, migrating years of historical records and setting the council up with a site their own staff can manage day to day.

What We Delivered

• New website, built and designed from the ground up
• Council-editable pages for meetings, agendas, papers and minutes
• Migration of around 500 historical meeting files spanning 2022 to 2024
• Migration of financial reports and annual returns
• Council-edited blog and events page
• Transfer and ongoing management of the council's .gov.uk domain

Ongoing Support

The council is supported under a rolling annual contract covering hosting, training and ongoing support, reviewed and renewed each year.
